I have a question about RS Bucks. I remember reading about quality of posts to get RS Bucks. Does copying and pasting other's work or articles and putting a link to it qualify for RS Bucks?

As far as the article you copy and pasted, complete rubbish. Google knows they make most of their money from affiliates using Adwords. Obviously they wouldn't do that.
