Not sure what your saying Google guidelines state not to use paid links and growing a site to fast is bad. 300 links in a week is bad. You site may get penalized and sandbox and thats not good.

It is better to build a good website design that is user and SE friendly and add content and build links at a normal pace. Slow and steady wins the race.
