Affiliate Marketing is obvious the easiest way to start your online business from home or so you’re told. You promote other people’s products and collect a nice commission. Sounds easy enough as you don’t have to have your own product/s whether it’s digital on not.

Then one day you have a bright moment and realize that all you do is sending prospects to other people’s websites and at your cost. You have been around a couple of weeks now and is starting to wise up. This feeling will continue until you realize that you should stop wasting your time with fluff that tells you nothing. You will always find lucrative offers and promises that sounds so good, you can hardly resist. The secret is to keep you focus on your program once your sure that it is suitable for you.

Making money online from home is not a matter of slapping up a website (or pay somebody to do it for you) and then wait for the money to roll in. You need to have definite marketing strategies and even more important clear goals. Having directionless strategies is what caused 95% of online businesses to fail within a short period of time. Most people end up frustrated with a substantial financial loss. The fundamental principal of online marketing (or any kind of marketing) is that if you want to sell anything, you need prospective customers. You need to find a group of people that have a need for the product that you’re offering. This is called niche marketing and it’s really the only kind of marketing that has ever worked. Untapped niches are very rare but the online opportunity seeker niche (the make money online crowd) is still a group of people who spend money hand over first. Making money online is not that easy. I should say, it's easier said than done. I started with my online business 6 months ago and revenues are coming in slow. But I'm not rushing things out. I'm still trying to learn the trade and I think I'm getting there. I believe and I am confident that it's just a matter of time. You just need to remain patient and motivated in this kind of business if you want to succeed.
