Hey everyone,

I have a friend that has fairly recently started their own business selling properties in bulgaria. He has his website up n running and is now looking into online marketing. He can't afford to go down the ppc or seo route just yet but is looking for something to boost his number of leads cost effectively and efficiently. I have suggested AM but don't have an extensive knowledge about it.

Is this the best way to go?
Do you have any other suggestions?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Approaching a good Affiliate Network will help him greatly, There he can go for Pay per Sale/Lead.

So that, when the sale is generated he will pay the Advertiser/Affiliate Network.

True that affiliate marketing will help your friend to get much better, targeted leads and traffic and that he'll pay for each verified/valid lead. The challenges however is to find networks with sizeable number of sites who can cater to people speaking/reading bulgarian, bulgarian sites that has a sizeable bulgarian traffic.

Since your friend is selling properties in Bulgaria, is he somehow also targeting foreign buyers? This is because most affiliate sites targets US and UK.

To clear things up, my friend is actually selling holiday homes in bulgaria so to answer your question wisejoker he is targeting foriegn buyers, UK mainly. I've dealt with very few british networks but which ones do you think would be best approaching for this niche?

Find a profitable affiliate program , register a domain name for the site and advertise like crazy via article marketing write like you talk through articles and submit to ezine articles and go articles.com.

Paying for SEO is absolutely foolish, you can get any site to rank highly in google in 10 months if you work at it, I push my sites to the top of Google within a month typically then move on to the next and watch the affiliate commissions pour in.
