I promoted Video Professor a while back but feel I lost a lot of $ because of phone orders. Do you have any phone tracking system in place so affiliates don't lose commissions to phone orders?

I don't know when you promoted us in the past but our records are indicating that less than 2% of our overall orders come from phone orders. The majority of all of our orders come from online orders. Pluse we have new products that are primarily web based.
We don't have a system in place that would recognize if someone where to call from your referal. I am not aware of any retail affiliate programs that do that.
