I don't mean to hijack this thread but since you mentioned ipower, i checked them out. I see that ipower is a hosting provider.
I don't like my hosting provider that much either, but I don't have a choice :-(
My hosting provider is not very secure, sometimes I find that people hack my entire website, and upload it to their domain. And, I'm not talking about just HTML files, they take the whole WAR file (Web Archive).
My host also claims that they have 24x7 monitoring, but it's a false claim, my website just shuts down *unpredictably* every some hours, and if I get heavy traffic, forget about it.
I don't know PHP and I don't want to learn it since I've already learned other languages that I'm too familiar with.
But unfortunately there are very few *low cost* hosting providers that support Tomcat + WAR files.
I pay about $6/ month. I think I'm getting what I pay for.
But the guy who runs the hosting company is not professional but he provides immediate attention and support whenever there are errors etc.
Ideally it is better to have a reliable host and avoid website downtime, otherwise both people and search engines will dislike ones site.

I wanted to let everyone know this is working good so far for me.
I have not received any clicks yet, but I am getting impressions, and the credit worked fine, so I will be continuing work on my targeting now.
I remember seeing a SuperPages ad on a AdSense banner, and they advertised $50 in free pay-per-click, but when I viewed their landing page they showed $35 in free clicks.
The sad part is I can't get that Ad again, they probably have a promotion somewhere.
