During a busy time like the Holiday Season, year-end deadlines and long work days are imminent. Combine this with personal/family obligations and vacation schedules and the scrooge in all of us comes out for a little visit. However, effective work habits and good communication can be our allies.

It wasn't in your options but Instant Messaging is the best way for me to communicate with people.

For my dollar, I'd say IM is definitely the way to go. You can hold conversations with any number of people at once if you're good, and everyone will think you're only speaking to them. Add to that the perception that you're always available quickly, and you have a winning avenue of communication.
