To whom would I report a website to for not adhearing to thier guidelines?

What/whos guidelines?

This particular website is not adhering to their guidelines for ALL their members for starters.. They have " Favorites"
What happened was 1 of their members copyrighted my picture and uploaded /downloaded it to her personal profile. She did this a total of 3 times in less than a week.
I asked her to please remove it. She didn't , so I reported her to the Moderators of the site.
I filled out a form with the site on their guidleines for " copyright ".
I have yet to hear back from them. I filled this form out 2 days ago.
This member posted my pic up on her profile again and admitted it was not her picture but was mine.
I sent the moderators a screeb shot and the link and the post that violated their guidelines and the copyright laws and my right to privacy.
They banned me, and allow her to remain.

I don't know what to do.. Should this web site be getting back to me let me know what's going on??
Any other suggestions?

If this is someone's private forum/business all you can do is what you did. As much as it sucks there is nothing else you can do. You can't make people enforce their own rules.

It's an International Website... Can't I" somehow " make them comply with their own guidelines that is on their public policies?

Sorry. If it is international (i.e. not US based) I think you have just around zero chance of getting it resolved.

It is their rules in their playground. On your website you make the rules and you can choose to do what you want to with them. Same with the people here at RevenueSource. We all make the rules in our own playground.

If the image is hosted on their forum/site and shows up etc you could possibly go to google and file a DMCA request - Digital Millenium Copyright Act and demand it be taken down as the images rights are owned by you.

This would likely be taken fairly seriously by the site but ultimately there isnt much you can do.

I suggest, as much as ti sucks, moving on and making some money rather than getting annoyed by what is obviously a really frustrating user stealing your pic.
