Roi Deals Daily Dot Com will be paying their affiliates an unprecedented $170,000 in bonuses during 2005 including giving away a brand new 2006 Porsche Boxster S to the top affiliate of the year. The winner will be announced on January 6th 2006 via web cast from the corporate office in Las Vegas Nevada.




Terms and conditions
Promotion is valid from Febuary 1st 2005 to December 31st 2005. Monthly prizes will be announced on the 5th day of the following month. The end of year prizes will be announced via Web Cast on Jan 6 2006. The affiliate name listed on the account will be the recipient of the said prize unless prior written notice is given to roidealsdaily. Winners agree to let Rapid Response Marketing and Roi Deals Daily use their name and pictures in advertisements throughout 2005 and 2006 via online and offline mediums.
Affiliates must adhere to the terms agreed to when signing up as a publisher to roidealsdaily.com
If an unforeseen event beyond the control of Rapid Response Marketing LLC or Roidealsdaily.com prevents it from performing the obligations under this agreement, Rapid Response Marketing LLC shall not be liable for the loss of service from a cause outside of our control, provided that has taken reasonable steps to minimize the loss. E.g. Act of God, war, weather, fire, strikes or external suppliers. Where any cause beyond the control of Rapid Response Marketing LLC or Roidealsdaily.com results or will result in loss of service, Rapid Response Marketing LLC and roidealsdaily.com shall inform all publishers immediately.
In the event roidealsdaily.com suffers downtime for any more than a 10 day period in any given month roidealsdaily.com will have the option to cancel that month’s promotion.
Taxes on the prizes will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
Any affiliate disqualified from the network for fraud, spamming or any other violation in our terms will forfeit their prize and it will be given to the next affiliate closest to their total for the month.
