I'm looking for a list of good FREE Stock Photography sites.

I came accross stock.xchng - the leading stock photography site .

I have been using a lot of pictures from there. Some of them are quite good, but sometimes you really have to search to find what you are looking for.

I'm looking to cut costs because I haven't made much in aff marketing so far, since I've only started with affiliate marketing this year.

May be after I make a few bucks I'll go for the paid photography, they seem to be of much better quality and have a professional look to them.

If anyone knows quality FREE stock photography sites please share.

For free photo stock i prefer Flickr its a free online photo storage site which we can to share photos with the world for free.Its a very famous site as yahoo has adopted this site.

Wow thanks for all the info. I would like to ask you guys though. I know free photos can be used on our websites without breaking the law, but just what are the limits of using them?

If we were to use those pictures and sell them to people for downloads, would that be acceptable? If we don't claim ownership of it, but just use it on a download service where people has to pay for it, will it still be ok?

Hey, thanks so much for posting this. This is actually something that I think will prove to be very useful. I've been looking for a site like this and have only run into ones that require you to sign up for a large fee, or sites that only offer Low-Res pictures.
