Hi there,

Back to the drawing board on finding a really good programmer who knows what he/she is doing.

I have one working on a smaller project & it's taken him around 2+ months to take someone else's code & get it to run.

I know he's doing a lot of testing on it & the bloody previous programmer didn't comment when he created it, but seriously.

To wait this long is nuts. I think it's even been closer to 2 1/2 months now.

I still don't have access to it.

I'm looking for someone who is ethical, is a hard worker, doesn't have an ego the size of the US, writes clean code with commenting & knows security very well.

Any suggestions?
